Crystal Keili Harding
* tell us a little about yourself.Hey everyone! My name is Crystal Keili Harding. Just Crystal. Maybe even Keili. But there is no cool nicknames for my name really. Kinda sad. Well, I am twenty years old (which is really weird because I feel old). I was born on June 1 to Joseph and Karoline Harding, two lovers since high school. My parents didn't think they could have children, so they had adopted . . . and adopted . . . and adopted. By the time I came around, I was the youngest of 10. But that doesn't really matter. They all grew up and I moved to Walten with my parents, because I have nothing better to do in life. But hey, that doesn't matter. And I am currently between schools. College hasn't really hit me yet.
* what are some of your positive traits?Hm. Good things? I hate talking about myself. . . Well, I guess you could say I like helping people. It makes me happy. It feels good to do something for somebody and then see them happy. Unless I screw up, then that kinda sucks. But that is a different matter. And then people say I am honest? Well, I really have no choice because I suck at lying. People can read me like a book. (Where did that saying come from? It's really weird.) But I've gotten used to it. Why get tangled in a web of lies that is just nasty and quite sticky. And then . . . hm. Let me think. Oh, I am strangely lucky. Crazy things happen, and I always seem to get out of it. And sometimes it can work on others, I don't know. Does that make sense?
* what are some things that you can improve on?Oh, this is easier. My all time worst thing is my jumpiness. Just say hi to me in the library when I don't see you and I jump. I squeak, too. It is really weird and annoying. It is involuntary, but those who know me have gotten used to it. And I whine a lot. I don't know why, but it is just so easy. It gives me comfort to complain about my problems. And it seems to get me out of situations faster. Ha. Though I get into situations because I am so gullible! Because I suck at lying, I can't tell when others are lying! It gets me every time. Which I think is rather rude, to just take advantage of somebody just because they will follow you like a pet? The world is cruel.
* what's your character's biggest secret.
Wow. This is deep. Well, one time in high school, I had a crush on this guy. He kinda liked me too. So when I was supposed to sleep over at my friends, I went over to his house. My parents would have killed me if they knew I spent a night with a guy. Nothing happened! I promise! Wow, why did I just admit that . . .
* what does your heart want?My heart. Oh, my heart. My heart, my heart. Ok, I'll stop. Well, for the record, I am as straight as a 2x4 piece of wood. Sorry, but anything else gives me the shudders. No offense. But I don't mind being friends with them. It's cool, as long as it's not awkward. They are some of the funniest people! The guys I like though? Honest, smart. . . humble? Meh, he can be prideful, if it doesn't blow up his head. As long as he is not a complete jerk and respects me? Is that too much of a Ms. America answer?
* what do you do in your spare time?Singing, that is what I do. Well, what I like to do. Every since I was little, I found that singing gave me an escape from harsh words. If I felt anger, I sang it. When harsh words are put to beats, melodies, it seems to calm them, make them worthless to say to other people. One of my adopted sisters saw my love of vocal chords and helped me. I haven't gone far with it, but I like it.
* so what does your family life look like?As I have mention, I am the youngest of ten adopted siblings. I am the only child that is the actual offspring of my parents. There is diversity among my siblings. Many different nationalities. There are five boys and four girls of them all, and with me it makes it even boy girl. Cool, huh? Well, I have a better relationship with the oldest than the youngest. They seemed to embrace me more. Karri is the one who took me under her wing when I started singing. She is of the Asian nationality, abandoned by her parents. She is the kindest soul, besides my parents. My other favorite sibling is Jonathon, and American, the oldest of the kids. He makes me laugh, and always challenges me in fights and lets me win. My mother doesn't spoil the youngest (aka, me) but she still gave me the attention I needed to make sure I didn't grow up to be a wayward child. My father was more distant, but he had to work hard. I never knew my grandparents or any other extended family.
* what are the memorable moments in your life?Um, this is hard to talk about, but two years ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was hard on everybody. She is so sweet that the thought of loosing her would kill us all. Kill me. I have grown closer to my father through this experience, but I still don't really know him all that well. I don't want to be left alone with him until I feel more comfortable with him. Yeah. So, when we moved to Walten as a family, that was pretty cool. I know, I am twenty and living with my parents, but I don't care. I get out still. But, hey, no rent. Another? Maybe when I started singing? As I said above, it helped me with patience (though I have to admit some of my siblings were annoying with my constant screeching). So when Karri helped me, it kinda made my life better.
* so we've heard that you're a lot like disney character goes here
*I am going to refer to the cricket as a girl
name: CRYstal KEili Harding -- Cri-Kee
play by: Willa Holland is small, and has a energetic feel in her smile and face. Her eyes are are big, giving her the somtimes scared look.
positive traits: Crystal is lucky, which is an obvious connection to the "lucky cricket" in Mulan. She always seems to get stuck in situations, and then for some unknown reason, gets out of them. She is also honest, and helps people, which relates to Cri-Kee going along with Mu-Shu in the movie, and trying to help Mulan do when she wants. And she never was afraid to speak, er, chirp her mind.
negative traits: Crystal gets scared easily, giving her a jumping look, and crickets jump, right? Ha, but Cri-Kee gets scared sometimes, and it adds the extra hop in the jump. And Cri-Kee's gullibility, always believing that the situation will be good, is what leads her into the situations that happen. And she always seems to whine after the horrible situations . . . until the gullibility draws another situation.
orientation: Well, she doesn't fall in love with other girl crickets?
turn ons: She likes honest people that don't lead her astray, though they often do. And not being too prideful, like Mu-Shu sometimes is, isn't that good.
turn offs: Those who are snobby and don't really have any sense of respect don't really score high, like some of the soldiers.
spare time: The cricket chirps a lot. And that can be considered singing, and the want to sound good while doing it.
family life: Let's be honest. I don't know the cricket's background life. But I tried to make one that involved a lot of offspring, as little care but still some there.
memorable moments: Traumatic moments follow this seemingly lucky bug, and moving around a lot. Yes.this application was written by audrey, darling, who also plays (none other here, but hopefully you might remember me from long ago)..
