This is Fiona Kettle, and she is the living embodiment of Mrs. Potts. This young woman has a big heart and has a knack for cooking and a soft spot for children. She can handle those with even the most awful tempers and tends to be a calming person, though if she needs to she can chew someone out and make them see reason, more often than not. There is a great chance that she'll have a decent amount of friends once she gets settled in more to Walten, since she is fairly new in town. She works two part time jobs, one is as a cook at The Pasta Bowl and the other is at Ten Over Six Tea House. Fiona is quite loyal and protective about the people she cares for, and if anyone dare messes with them unjustly, then they are sure to be her enemies. Of course, there is plenty of potential for other reasons why people don't like her, I'm up for just about anything here so let me know if you have some thoughts! Last of all, there's love. Fiona hasn't really found anything too serious, instead she tends to play the role of helping her friends with their love lives so often that she hasn't particularly had time for her own. She would like to find someone to eventually start a family with, though she figures it will all happen in good time and is open to the idea of dating and such. [Basil Lochlan Holmes]

Given that Basil has a tendency to wander through the city, and he frequents certain restaurants and cafes, I imagine the tea house in particular would be a favorite of his, given his love of a good cup of tea. So he would, at the very least, know Fiona by sight. Honestly, she'd be a lovely friend to have, at the very least she would possibly counterbalance to his generally unpleasant personality. That is, as long as she didn't say anything too unintelligent in his presence.
