meaning of name: Well in the movie Derek was named Derek. Then I got his last name from the place the movie originated from. Swan Lake. I figured it added a nice Historical touch.
age: Im twenty two years young
birthday: My birthday is June 14
occupation: Im more of a nomad. I move from place to place looking for someone. But I do small jobs here and there.
* what are some of your positive traits?- Brave / Gallant :
There ain't many guys out there as brave as me. -laughs a little- Although Ill be honest and say my bravery can be rather foolish. I often lets my bravery blind whats in front of him. But if you are in a jam, I like to believe Im the kind of guy you want on you're side. If I believe in what I'm fighting for, I'll go all in head first. Im not one to run from something just because it might be a bit frightening. I like to believe Im possessing and displaying courage every time you see me. I also like to think that Im a very valiant guy. Lets put it this way, we all had bullies in school right? That one guy who's big and mean and wants to control everyone? Well I was one of the guys to stand up to the bully and put him in his place. Some people call its stupidity. Others say its was brave and gallant standing up for others. I guess its really how you look at it. But I like to think im one of the braves.
- Never Gives Up Hope :
Not only do I believe Im brave and loaded with courage, I also never gives up hope. This sometimes also comes up as a flaw, because things that he should let go of, I never do, but I try to look at it as a positive asset. See Im the type of guy to always have hope, even when no one else does. Im that kind of guy to keep looking for someone even if everyone thinks that person is dead or keep the hope that every thing can be fixed and work out, even if everyone thinks it will fall apart. This is like the time a girl I cared about went missing. At first everyone searched for her. But after a short time everyone gave up. They were all sure she wasn't coming back and that by then she may even be dead. But I never gave up hope and continued to look. I was even the one to find her and help her back home. Its a good asset to have, being so hopeful.
- Caring/Loving :
Behind this tough exterior there is a sweet, caring, helpful, loving man. Yes at first I can come off as a jerk who just cant express him self, which only makes things worse. But really Im a noble guy who always trys to do the right thing and be kind to people. Although I sometimes starts to upset people, but I turn it around and change it till they are happy. There was this time when my mother was throwing a party for me, although I didn't know it was all for me, and I didn't really like the whole idea. I was busy and in a why it was a little embarrassing. But my mother then started to get a little upset and before I knew it I was changing my mind and told her I would be there. Yes in a way that makes me easily manipulated. But at the same time it takes a kind giving guy to do that. To go out of his own way to make the people around him a little happier. I feel that discribes a guy like me
- Smart :
One smart cookie, covers this me! That is if you dont give me some kind of word puzzle. I have a great knowledge about quite a few things. I get most of this because of how much I read. I am forever reading things that I can learn from. I know geography and history quite well. English is my best subject. Although Im not so great with numbers. Im not horrible, but its not my best suit. But for the most part I have my head on straight for most things, except girls. But I have a good knowledge on a lot of things which has helped me out a lot in my life.
* what are some things that you can improve on?- Blind :
Im blind, but not in the way most people might think. Im the kind of guy who often neglects to see what is in front of me, which tends to get others into trouble. Im also the type to over look the little things. Im always so busy looking for the big things, that I miss the little important things. Im no good at getting small hits from others and friends. I normally over look over things which leaves me to messing things up. One of the things I am is so blind to is girls and the truth. Some people say its because Im so arrogant I just ignores whats in front of him. But the truth is Im just the type to over look the small things, even if they are things I cares about. I dont mean to. Its just like I said before, Im blind.
- Can't Express His Feelings / Not Good With Words :
Im not the kind of guy to sit around and right love letters. Im not well with words and Im not the type to sweep a girl off her feet. In fact I am so bad with words and expressing my self, I normally messes every thing up. I knows how I feel and what Im thinking, but Im never any good at expressing that feeling with others. I am the type of guy that holds most feelings in and do things on my own. Although I am trying to get better at telling people who I care about how I feel. But I still often fall up short, which has sometimes left me alone. Me not being able to express my self is one of his biggest weaknesses. This is like the time I had a girl friend my junior year, and she ended up breaking up with me, saying that I didn't care about her. But it wasn't true. I never cared so much about someone In my whole life. But I was never able to express that, because I couldn't find the words that would get her to stay. Wrapping it up I just cant express my self.
- Conceded :
"He looks conceded what a total bummer" right? Well hes not. I know on the outside he can look like hes all about him self, and yes he can even rub off that way at times But for the most part hes not. Now I know that doesn't sound like very much. But everyone is conceded at times. Its a flaw everyone has. But for the most part Derek trys not to be. But when he does something good he sometimes likes to be in the spot light for it. Hes also the type to think hes one of the best of something. Like Archery. Hes not so conceded that hes annoying. But he gets that persona where he looks like hes a down right jerk, that no one in there right mind would want to deal with. As a kid this was more true. But now that he has grown and matured, hes a little more giving and a little less take. Although he, like most men, thinks highly of him self. So I guess you can say hes conceded. Ok lets not lie he is. An sometimes it shows more than other times.
- Rude/Strong Willed :
Derek was a rude child. He was never afraid to express him self when he didn't like something. He would either say something rude, make a rude face. There was no telling really what he would do. But he was never afraid to show you how he felt if he didn't like something. Although he isn't as rude now. He still makes some snide remarks and faces when he doesn't like something. But its nor nearly as bad as when he was a kid. But he is still very strong willed. If he knows what he wants, he goes after it. He doesn't let any one stop him or slow him down. And because of this hes still comes off rude. But he doesn't care. Once hes set in his ways. He doesn't allow people to change his mind. That is something good about Derek. He doesn't allow any one to think for him except him self. Wrapping it up, rather people call it rude or strong willed it is still a bad trait. Because no one likes someone who doesnt look out side of the box or at others point of veiws.
* what's your biggest secret? we won't tell.Well I have a few secrets. But are they really secrets? I mean some people know about them because I have different secrets depending on the people Im around. I mean at home I hide little things, like who I love, where I was, what Im doing. But here at this school I lie about who I am. To them Im a normal boy just like most. But really, Im the heir to thr throne.
