 sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll!?
do you want the lifestyle of the rich and famous? do you want to watch fourteen of the worlds hottest bands all on one stage? well listen up ladies and gentlemen, pah-lease, because i have an announcement to make:
THE TOUR OF THE CENTURY IS KICKING OFF IN A CITY NEAR YOU!
this years line-up for you lucky lot that have actually managed to get tickets, is as follows:
INTO THE HURRICANE.; LAST SECOND CHANCE; MORE THAN A MEMORY; I'M LEAVING YOU TOMORROW; A DANGEROUS RHYME; WIRE THESE NERVES TOGETHER; OH SO GENTLY; THE SILENCE WINS; ASTRO ZOMBIES; DESPERATE CRY FOR HELP; TRIPPING UGLY; DON'T TALK TONIGHT; WHERE'S FLUFFY?!; & DREAMS OF DISASTER
rock, dance, metal, trash, pop, electronica, techno, etc; all are individual; and all are rivals. it could be said that the bands are almost like high school cliques - they hate each other, enough said. it's an unspoken law that members from one band never, ever speaks to members from another band. and why is this you may ask? well, because they're oppositions; rather like football teams - they're competing against each other for the fans attention. it doesn't get much simpler than that. and how will they all cope being stuck around each other twenty four hours a day, every single day for the entire length of the tour? who knows. but one thing for certain is that there's bound to be evidence of violence. perhaps even forbidden romances. well, i did say sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll.
would you be able to deal with that, plus the; bitches; cheaters; gossip; paparazzi; crazed fans; managers; alcohol; and drugs? all of that whilst still trying to maintain a tight hold on reality? however, can reality really hit harder than this tour?
if you think you can deal with all of this wonderful 'shit', then feel free, be my guest. 'sign up. steal the stage. and deliver the biggest, most badass, epic set we've ever seen in our lives. you may think you have it, but the question is 'do we think you have it?'
