Is the fact I don’t come on here a lot that obvious? You know what’s up, work. Being a waitress is a very busy and highly important job. It’s been a while Erik, how are you?

well, i know all about work. i've been pulling some grave shifts to keep myself busy. i never said being a waitress isn't highly important, i mean, you guys are lifesavers when it comes to hungry cops that come in durning the early morning shifts, and yes, it's very obvious. not a bad thing though, not saying that.

you’re right. the one thing saving you from starvation is girls like me. how’s work going for you, everything’s all right isn’t it? and you shouldn’t keep yourself so busy. i know it’s rich coming from me, but it can’t be good to coop yourself up in that uniform erik, you should get away from it all once in a while.

yes, there should be a special day set up for girls like you.
oh and you can't be serious. you work more hours then I do. for me, being in unifrom is akin to sitting in a crusier and eating a bunch of doughnuts.
you know, i'll make ya a deal, when you get away, i will, how about that.

there’s a difference. there’s no risk in serving tables, eating doughnuts on the other hand. what happens when you have to put the doughnuts down? eating doughnuts is great until the worst happens. i might work more hours, but at least I’m safe.
i can’t just step away from work, people rely on me to feed them remember?

I understand that people rely on you, but i'm still convinced that you need a break once in a while.
as far as danger level, waitressing is way dangerous. What happens if you grab a hot plate or trip or cut yourself with a knife. what then, =)
don't worry about me, i'm a cop remember, i'm in charge of keeping people safe, even when the doughnuts aren't being eaten.

i’m sorry; i must sound like a fretting parent. you’re right, it’s your job and you’re entitled to do it. i just find it hard not to worry. you’re keeping people safe, but whose there to keep you safe? it doesn’t seem fair or right. i should stop now shouldn’t i? just don’t listen to me, experience talks for itself when it shouldn’t.
besides, i should be looking out for myself, what with all those hot plates and knives. maybe you’re right, i do need a break. is it sad that when i think of a day off i see myself in my own kitchen? oh my god, food really does take over my life.

i'm glad you care, lisse. most people just hate cops because we give out tickets. thank you for caring. i love that you care. it may not be fair, but i chose it so i chose my own fate and whatever happens, happens. i don't want to live my life scared of everything. that doesn't seem fair either.
yes, your life does revolve around food, i'm surprised that you are obese or have diabetes or something else horrible, not that i'm saying that you eat too much or anything, just saying that your profession....oh nevermind, ignore me.

you’re right, that’s not fair either… just be careful. not that you aren’t already, but you know, just do. i swear if you’re not all the parking tickets in the world wont stop me.
wanting to be ignored seems to be trend here. i get what you mean, totally. but I normally cook for other’s not really for myself. i mostly snack, i don’t really have the time for proper meals. i can promise you I’m completely healthy, last time i went to the doctors anyway. Besides, i could never stop cooking or feeding people, it’s something my dad always used to do for others, and i’ve always wanted to continue that.

you know, you talk about your dad a lot, which is pretty awesome.
oh hey, i had an idea, why don't you come over, i will order a pizza or something and we can watch the game or i don't know, let's do something, anything. i'm tired of just sitting here.

i like to. it’d be sad to just forget about him. besides, he was awesome.
what’s this, two workaholics putting their lives on hold to socialise? you have to be kidding erik, surely!?? it’s easy to mock us. but you know what, screw it, i’m game for that. i’ll bring samosas with me. depending on bus times i can be there in… half hour? or later, up to you.
