Melisse, known as Lisse mostly, is a twenty five year old woman with the unimpressive job of being a waitress, apart from times that by two and you get the fact she works a hell of a lot. She’s quite realistic, she might dream of having a restaurant, but that’s only an image, she puts in an insane amount of extra hours to fund her finances to reach that goal. The fact it, she’s scarily determined, a genuine workaholic and nothing comes between her and that work. You’d think she’d be distant, but in reality she’s very caring and talkative… to her customers at least. This isn’t someone who has much of a social life, she’d likely point blank refuse one if offered. She values hard work, and will act coolly towards those who are just given things, most out of resentment. Lisse is a lovely woman, inside and out, she just hadn’t reached her full potential. This old town can slow you downShe could easily have friends, but she’s most likely going to be the phone entry that’s never really called since she’s said no to doing stuff so many times before. Or, if she has agreed, she’s called it off because a shift has come up. I guess you could say she’s unreliable like that, and se doesn’t mean to be, but money makes the world go round. But she needs to be taken to a spa or something, all that work must make her tired and stressful. If we’re talking friends, she needs some people who will basically force her to do something fun and for herself. A word of caution, you’d have to practically drag her kicking and screaming. Maybe someone to try and get her dating as well. That’d be hell of a tricky though. Get the feeling she’s just avoiding society? Ain't got time for messing aroundLisse has got about as much time for enemies as she has friends, pretty limited. But that’s not to say she can’t have any, though I’m positive she’s more likely to grate on people than the other way round. Unless you’re spoilt, in which case she’ll too easily be indifferent towards you, resenting the ease of life. She loathes selfishness, arrogance and ignorance in others, and whilst she would never easily slip into hating someone, patience is thin in anyone and she can be ever so slightly fiery. On the other hand, if anyone was going to see her as an enemy, the whole workaholic thing could annoy some people, maybe friends who get annoyed at her. Those wouldn’t be full enemies, just annoyances – on her. Eeeeek. An enemy would be lovely though, I do love drama. Look out boys, I'm coming throughAnd finally, love. You can scratch that out. Likely. See she just doesn’t have time for love, but she’s not incapable of it. At twenty she could have been engaged, but chose her ambitions over her partner, which shows you what kind of woman she’d be to you. Lisse is easily able to show affection in a relationship, but she values independence and point blank no one should question that maybe she should take a shift off for a romantic meal or something, she’s not that kind of woman. Maybe over time she could be, but at the moment, she’s a strict work before all.

Okay, so here is my lot.
[/b] she is dedicated to her work, which is being a fashion coordinator and had her heart broken a while ago. she really is something else. some call her a bitch, some call her cold, some even call her slutty, but she calls herself real. she is the spirited character of the queen from snow white. she can totally get the whole workaholic thing, and would be really pushy to get lisse out and about, but rox has always had a lot of money and doesn't mind flaunting it around. Grant Alexis Hood: well he is my robin hood and completely in love with katya patruski. he is a corporate lawyer from england and he loves being out doors and eating junkfood, so perhaps they met that way. he is a total gentleman and has a way with the ladies in the sense that he gets along with them really well. i can for sure see them being friends. Wendy Eponine Moira Davreaux: this lady is an author and just recently came back to walten, after her publicist and secret boyfriend proposed to her. so they have that at least similar. she is fun, on the outs with her family, and just really fun. she loves hanging out and relaxing and really loves being creative and that sort of thing. i can see her totally pushing lisse to go out and have fun or more then likely, wen would just invite her over and they would have margaritas and eat junk food or something in her living room. oh and she is totally wendy darling from peter pan. Erik Gregory Evans: he is my tarzan and he lost his parents gave him and his brother up for adoption and then his adopted mother passed away. he is prety emotional hidden and is a cop with aspirations to be chief some day. he is hardworking and will always pick up extra shifts at work at the last moment. they would get along in that sense, but he is twenty eight so a bit older then she, if you have any ideas here, let me know. anya fyodorovna romanov: she is from russia, my anastasia and twenty. she is in college and just completely new here. she needs friends and such, but she is stubborn and missing her first ten years of life, so it's as if she is always searching and she loves to learn new things, and often goes out to eat, because she doesn't really like to cook.[/ul][/size]

I have three characters here, but really only have ideas for two of them. Regardless, I'll throw them all at you and then let you decide what you'd like to do with them, if anything!
First off I have Victor Boggs, who is Randall from Monsters Inc. Victor and Lisse are actually pretty similar it seems like. Vic is also a workaholic and almost always puts work in front of anything else. He isn't particularly social when he doesn't have to be and when he's not going after something. He can be crabby at times and isn't always the easist to get along with at first, but it could be interesting if they meet sometime. Maybe he comes in to one of the restuarants she works at while she's working and a conversation could pop up from there? I'm not sure, I'm open to any idea.
Next, I have Leonardo Prewitt. He's quite a bit older than Lisse as he's thirty-six; I don't really have any ideas for them off the top of my head but if you think of anything I'm willing to hear it! He's Rex from Toy Story and he's a sweet heart though paranoid.
Finally, I have Fiona Kettle, who is Mrs. Potts. She enjoys cooking too and I could see them as being friends if you'd like. She's loving and understanding, though she can be feisty as well. Maybe they could know each other through working at the same place? She's new to town so they have that in common as well.

Roxanne: I can totally see her confusing Lisse. Because even though she’s rich, she works damn hard, and I think Lisse would have to swallow any bitterness to accept that Roxanne has worked for everything. It’d be a sort-of friendship, and I say that because I don’t think it would go anywhere past begrudging respect, but then Lisse has always tried to find the good in everybody, but I don’t think she’d find any in Roxanne anytime soon, right? (x You know Lisse would pretend she’s taking shifts or feigning illness to avoid going out, but somehow I doubt that would work…
Grant: Junk food? Hell no, I’ve got the inspiration already, she needs to put him on a healthier diet (x They have to be friends I agree because Lisse can’t just make it an ambition to show a stranger that healthy food can be ‘fun’, that’s a bit creepy. So friends are a sure thing. Plus, if he’s completely in love someone, maybe he can try and push that sense onto Lisse, try and get her to hook up. Though I’m sure the likelihood of that happening is as likely as she getting Grant to hang up the medium fries and Big Mac.
Wendy: Oh my god, margaritas and junk food, maybe a chick flick and they laugh at all the proposals, this is a total gal pal relationship. Or maybe since Wendy’s creative they’d do crafts, but then drink a bit too much and end up singing a few power ballads (; Living room + margaritas + letting hair down needs to happen, no?
Erik: The hard work is something they have in common, but I think, regardless of being younger, Lisse would feel protective over the profession he’s going into, in the sense that she wouldn’t agree. Her dad was in law enforcement and he was shot whilst on duty, so secretly she’s almost scared of that. She’d love for Erik to reach where he wants to be, but her support would be forced given that she’s never gotten over the way in which her father died. She thinks professions like policemen and the armed forces will only ever end life before its time.
Anya: I can see Lisse acting all motherly again trying to teach Anya to cook, but maybe she’d be completely hopeless? It’d be like a whole mother situation as well with Lisse scolding Anya’s stubbornness even though she’s pretty stubborn at times herself. So whilst Lisse would think she’s taking some role as the ‘lived on this earth more years than you’ woman/ Anya would just look at her and think ‘you’re not that different from me’. Because even though Lisse has been here a while, she’s so busy she’s basically new to the scene.

Victor: Oh I quite like the idea of that actually, him catching her on a shift. He the crabby customer and she the social butterfly of a waitress, is he a bit of a realist? Maybe he’d wonder why she was so happy to be, well, waitressing, since personally I’d find it weird to meet one always smiling and being pleasant (I was one!). I’m sure they’d soon recognise they both work damn hard and that working is all they know, but then Lisse wouldn’t walk over anyone professionally speaking to reach her goal, she’s all for the honest route. Maybe they’re tow people who would frequently debate the others ethics, he that she should exploit those around her and she that sometimes it’s okay to just be.. well… nice. I’m sure she’d like him though, he’d intrigue her. Whether he’d think the same of her, I don’t know. After all, I’m not the one behind his keyboard (;
Leonardo: Hmmm maybe Lisse would find him completely sweet and try and make him more confident. If he’s not too fond of people I doubt she’d pressure him, maybe he’s a regular at the café she works at during the day and suddenly he’s being served by the new girl- her. Maybe her predecessor never really spoke to him, but she comes along all too willing for a conversation.
Fiona: I got the sense these two could only be friends when I finished Lisse’s app because of the cooking connection. I like the idea of them working together too, I can see them comparing recipe ideas and brining in what they’d made into work so they critique/praise each other cakes or scones or whatever treats they make. I’m sure they could provide comfort to one another if they either need it too, they both are caring individuals after all.

Roxanne: Total begrudging respect. She might just get frustrated or something and drag her out, she wouldn't take no for an answer.
Grant: Well, he would try and help her get out of her love life rut, but he wouldn't be too pushy. As far as the health food things goes, you would have to talk to Katya. She is making him eat healthy as well, so that would be something in common at least with his girlfriend, and the poor guy would eat whatever they cooked, but secretly go and get a slice of pizza or something funny like that. Oh! Maybe he is out, secretly getting that slice, when Lisse spots him and 'scolds' him and then tells Katya or something funny like that.
Wendy: Totally excited for this pair, I mean, Wendy can't sing for her life, but she loves rock band and would probably have a ball with that. I'm setting up a girl night thread, today, I swear.
Erik: Oh that could be very interesting. I can see her trying to be motherly, and him just sort of questioning it, especially if he doesn't know about her whole father thing.
Anya: Oh totally just had a really funny image. What if Anya goes and Lisse is like giving her cooking lessons and stuff, and Anya gets frustrated and starts talking rapidly in Russian and Lisse just starts laughing, and yeah, that sort of thing. She would like that someone is watching over her, even if she wont admit it.

Cecillia, or Lilly as she prefers to be called, is my only character at the moment. She's 19 and a lot like Princess Eilonwy. She loves cooking, and would love to have her own restaurant/television show. She has big dreams. She talks a lot, to random people that she doesn't know. Lilly also has two part time jobs and goes to college. She's a little spit-fire. I could see them getting along, purely because they both love to cook, but other than that, I have no other ideas.

Ack my lateness on this sucks, I’ve just been failing at life, you know the drill (;
Roxanne Tick to this.
Grant Ah that’s a fantastic idea, she’d be dietician number 2 and would totally lecture about that pizza he’s secretly grabbing. Tick!
Wendy Oh my god I love it when Disney girls can’t sing, ‘cause normally they always can. And because I fail at rock band, Lisse will fail at rock band and it will be hilarious. Girl’s night will be fabulous! MAJOR TICK!
Erik Yeah I thought it would be an interesting relationship, because she wouldn’t outright tell him about her dad, he’d always be left guessing what’s actually up with her being protective. It could be a developing thing for both of them where the reasoning one day comes t light. Maybe he’d make her be more comfortable with the police thing all round as well.
Anya This. Just this (x I see the hilarity. Tick.
So that’s ticks for all ^_^ I’m thinking maybe have a thread for a few of them, as all at once will be like throwing a mass of bricks on someone’s shoulders? Maybe thread for a few and then we could IM conversation for some others and just pick up the ones we don’t thread as now for threads later on? Definitely a thread with Wendy though, gal pals <3

Lilly I think she’s like Lisse in miniature to be honest, and I think Lisse could act like a life tutor since she’s been through the big dream circus herself. I think Lilly could relate to Lisse well with the two jobs thing and Lisse would watch over Lilly carefully seeing as she’s seen the downside of her dream. She had a restaurant, but lost it </3
