project reconnaissance had been something laughable at
first. funds were scarce, only charitable pity. tests were
haphazard and uncertain. no one foresaw the results of
trying to reanimate history; but now, by 2010, the results
of this pioneering are taking shape here in heathcliffe
academy. the academy claims to only take the best,
gathering students from across the globe, but what no
one realizes is how literally it is making history.
